VOLUME Gum Flower Earrings

For people who want extra voluminous and intricate earrings, this VOLUME version of my gum flower earrings is indeed extra. Starting with just some recycling, I've coloured, shaped, and textured second-hand materials to turn into the pod that gum flowers emerge from. The burgundy outer pod and yellow inner ring prop open the flower for extra fluffiness and volume. 
 
These earrings come in a variety of colours, to represent each lovely natural shade that gum tree flowers come in. I chose the materials carefully so that the deep green, thin leaves make the gum flowers look extra fluffy!
 
These earrings are made with second hand textiles, difficult to recycle plastic, and first hand earring hooks.
